Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Contact the studio about the right option for your tattoo. For a small or medium piece, check the Street page and ask about current availability. For a planned custom project, send an inquiry first. Wait for confirmation before assuming a particular time or artist is available.
What should I send for a tattoo quote?
Include your idea, reference images, approximate size in inches, preferred placement and color preference. Add your preferred artist if you have one. For a cover-up, ask how to share a clear image of the existing tattoo.
How much will my tattoo cost?
Request a quote for your proposed design, size, placement and artist. Confirm the estimated total or pricing basis before booking, along with any deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms.
How old do I need to be to get a tattoo?
You must be at least 18 to get tattooed in New York. Parental consent does not allow tattooing someone under 18. Ask the studio which identification to bring. Piercing has separate rules and studio policies.

How do I cancel or reschedule?
Contact the studio through the channel you used to arrange your appointment. Ask which deadlines and deposit terms apply to your booking; sending a message does not itself confirm a change.
What time does the tattoo shop open?
